Kleinmann Architects is a professional design firm located in New York City. Our projects include a variety of residential and commercial work with extensive experience with publicly oriented facilities such as restaurants, nightclubs and entertainment facilities.

Kleinmann Architects is especially strong in pre-design and design services to create the conceptual basis and to assure the legal viability of the projects with regards to zoning and code compliance.  The firm has extensive experience and excels with projects that involve complicated design and logistical issues that involve zoning, building code issues and strategic planning. 

Kleinmann Architects offers the full range of architectural services, including, but not limited to feasibility studies, project conceptualization, design, planning, construction documents, and contract administration.

Kleinmann Architects is currently licensed to practice architecture in the States of New York, New Jersey, and Florida.  The principal architect, Joseph Kleinmann, is NCARB certified, a member of the American Institute of Architects and a former member of the Board of Directors of the NY Society of Architects.
